Nios II Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) is a well defined software layer that forms a clear distinction between application and device-level software. The HAL also provides services such as file descriptors, I/O control, and buffering, which are required by the ANSI C library functions, so that your HAL driver does not need to provide these functions.

I don't know the reason why the additional "s are necessary, but if you drop them you'll see error messages on the console when a haserl script is executed. (There were no such error messages when using the same haserl version with boa 0.94.13) Degrees AND Administration Degree AND Nutrition degree AND biology degree AND Industrial Engineering Degree
